screw auto scans with antivirus and anti-spyware..some trigger from scans..always do routine scans in safe mode..it saves a lot of headaches..there are too many proccesses running these days and more ways to cover them up..

AVG got it as it tried to run as a process..from the initial scan, nothing was found - what a nigr that thing was.
